3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may return their purchase within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.


4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  3. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Package the Item Safely: Securely pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any complimentary items.

  • Include Documentation: Attach your return authorization form and any required documents.

  • Attach Label: Print and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Inform us immediately upon receipt.

  • We will cover return shipping and ensure you receive the correct product promptly.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • We will open an investigation with the carrier.

  • If confirmed lost, you may choose a full refund or replacement.

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

9. Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

There is no cost to the customer for exchanges involving defective or incorrect products.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of item receipt.

  • Refund Posting: It may take up to 7–14 days for funds to reflect, depending on your bank or card issuer.
