1. Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products sold by Summit & Hearth are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Product Quality

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives defective or malfunctioning, we offer a 100% refund or replacement.

To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If there’s visible damage (even to the box), note it on the delivery receipt.

  • If you’re unable to open the package immediately but suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the receipt.

  • Email clear photos of the damage to support@summitandhearth.com so we can expedite your replacement or refund.


3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. However, they do not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.

  • Environmental or weather-related damage beyond regular conditions.

  • Consumable parts or accessories (unless specifically noted in the product warranty).

4. Filing a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Include:

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  4. Once approved, we’ll coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.


5. Shipping & Labor Responsibilities

Unless otherwise stated:

  • You are responsible for shipping the product back to us or the manufacturer for evaluation.

  • If your claim is approved, replacement shipping may be covered by Summit & Hearth or the manufacturer.

  • Labor or installation costs are not covered under standard warranties.


6. Warranty Transferability

Most warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
For exceptions or extended warranty options, refer to your product documentation or contact us directly.


7. Disclaimers & Legal Limitations

This warranty represents our sole obligation and is not transferable.

Summit & Hearth is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use or inability to use the product.
(Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions for incidental damages; in such cases, these limitations may not apply.)
