2. Product Quality
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives defective or malfunctioning, we offer a 100% refund or replacement.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:

Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If there’s visible damage (even to the box), note it on the delivery receipt.

If you’re unable to open the package immediately but suspect damage, mark “suspect damage” on the receipt.

3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
